One of the key roles of a Community Council is to consider exercising our powers to object to the granting, renewal or transfer of liquor licenses, under The Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976.

If you have any concerns or comments about the operation of existing licensed premises in the Kilmallie Community Council area, please let us know.

How to comment on, or object to an application

As well as asking Kilmallie Community Council to comment on behalf of the community, you may also submit objections as an individual.
